As a first time homebuyer, I was clueless about purchasing a house. Wendy was very professional, kind and patient (I needed someone with a lot of patience). She was very knowledgeable of the housing market, the DMV area, and all the forms. She guided me through the home buying process with ease. She recommended an awesome lender - who found all the homebuyer programs that greatly benefited me. Wendy response time to my many calls or text was impeccable. She patiently listened to my ongoing anxiety fueled rambling without interrupting me. I was so anxious to move I wanted the first house we viewed.
